If you are an individual with hotel service experience seeking that next move forward then we would like to hear from you.

Principal Functions

To provide and maintain high service and customer care standards to our guests onboard. As a member of the ships' crew you will also be required to hold a position of responsibility within the ships' emergency plan. (Training for your emergency duty will be given).

Requirements

Minimum age 21.
A diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equivalent formal service certificate or qualification would be a benefit.
Have at least two years full-time restaurant service experience in a five star establishment catering to an international clientele.
Must have good command of the English language both written and spoken.
Have a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality combined with a desire to succeed.

Refrigeration Engineer
The refrigeration Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining the ship’s HVAC equipment/system, domestic refrigeration plant, technical space ventilation and any other task as directed by the Staff Chief Engineer/Chief Engineer.

Security Officer
Responsible for day to day security operations in accordance with the ship’s security plan.

Senvo – Safety Environmental Officer
The Master for Environmental issues. The Staff Captain for all other issues. Has dotted line reporting to shoreside EME for serious environmental violations. To oversee Environmental Compliance on board his ship, as defined in the Environmental Compliance Plan. Non- Watch standing Position. Independent oversight of all environmentally related operations.

Staff Chief Engineer
The Staff Chief Engineer is the second highest-ranked officer in the engineering department Must be fully conversant with all of the Chief Engineers responsibilities and must be able to assume the position of the Chief Engineer if needed
