Reserve Seabourn Shore Excursions On Line
Release Date: Mar. 19,2007

‘MyCruise’ Functions Offer Information, Options to Booked Guests

MIAMI, March 19, 2007---- Seabourn Cruise Line’s guests can now reserve space on optional sightseeing tours and excursions before they embark on their cruises, by visiting Seabourn’s award-winning website at www.seabourn.com .

Booked guests simply click on the tab “Already Booked” on the home page, then log in using their names, booking numbers, ship and departure date. This will take the guest to a personal “MyCruise” web page displaying the complete details of the guest’s booking. At that point, the guest has a number of options, including viewing the cruise itinerary; completing and submitting a Guest Registration Form; viewing a menu of available shore excursions for the ports of call and checking for any visas and/or immunizations required for the cruise.

By selecting the heading “Shore Excursions” from the menu, the guest is forwarded to a page that displays the cruise itinerary. Each port of call has a link entitled “Shore Excursions.” Clicking on that link will display all excursions available at that port, including duration, price and time of day, with complete detailed descriptions available by clicking on the tour title. Also included are Exclusively Seabourn complimentary shore experiences such as a private classical concert in the ruins of Ephesus, a folkloric performance in the medieval ambience of Dubrovnik’s Revelin Fortress or a spectacular Brazilian Boi Bumba festival on the banks of the Amazon River.

As in Seabourn’s printed shore excursions booklets, icons indicate the amount of activity required, and any special interest or theme of the tour. Boxes can be ticked to reserve space on the tour for each guest on the booking.

Purchase Completed On Board
The tour reservation is recorded and added to the personal booking page, so that a guest can review what tours have been reserved on future visits to Seabourn’s site. The purchase is completed once the guest embarks, when the tour costs will be added to their shipboard account and actual tour tickets delivered to the guest’s suite.

Reserved tours may be canceled without penalty either on line before embarkation or at the tour office on board, prior to the booking and cancellation deadline published in the onboard daily program. There are a few restrictions, such as tours with limited participation that may be fully booked at capacity. In that case, guests are given the option to join a waitlist for possible cancellations or increase in capacity. The system will not allow guests to book tours with conflicting schedules. Reservations are also typically suspended eight days prior to departure, after which time guests can purchase excursions on board in the usual manner.

Shore excursion descriptions and reservations are posted on cruise itineraries on the web site approximately 90 days prior to the cruise departure date.
