Journey begins with a scenic transfer to Tung Chung, where you will board the famous Ngong Ping 360 cable car. The ride offers sweeping views of the South China Sea, lush mountains, and Hong Kong International Airport, making it one of the most memorable ways to experience Lantau Island.
Upon arrival at Ngong Ping Village, you will have ample time to explore this cultural hub. Stroll through charming streets lined with traditional architecture, tea houses, and souvenir shops. A highlight of the visit is the Po Lin Monastery, one of Hong Kong’s most important Buddhist sanctuaries, renowned for its intricate halls and serene atmosphere.
Nearby stands the majestic Tian Tan Buddha (Big Buddha), a 34 meter bronze statue that symbolizes peace and harmony. Guests may climb the steps to admire the statue up close and enjoy panoramic views of the island.
After exploring Ngong Ping Village, Po Lin Monastery, and the Big Buddha, you will return via cable car, once again enjoying the spectacular scenery from above. The tour concludes with a comfortable transfer back to the terminal, leaving you with lasting impressions of Hong Kong’s cultural and natural beauty.
