Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 40-minute drive to the Martial Arts venue.
Upon arrival, be seated for a special 'Hon' martial arts experience. 'Taegwonmumu Hon' is a martial arts performance that is set in the theory of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, and artistically blended with Korea's three grand cultural brands, Hanguel, Taekwondo, and Arirang. Through Hangeul's aesthetic beauty, spectacular Taekwondo performances, interactions with the audience, and stirring Arirang folk music, 'Taegwonmumu Hon' performance offers a unique insight into Korean culture and martial arts.
Re-board the coach and drive to the Dongmun Traditional Market, which was established after the liberation in 1945. Due to a huge fire that broke out in March 1954, the entire market and nearby area were reduced to ashes. The market was then moved to its current location and kept its original name. As one of the most popular traditional markets in Jeju, Dongmun has served countless customers, selling a wide array of items at inexpensive prices. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of this bustling market, followed by some free time to browse for souvenirs.
