Few iconic destinations live up to their hype like the stunning Amalfi Coast. Everything you've heard and seen is true, and today you will visit two picturesque towns and relax over lunch at a world-famous hotel.
A panoramic drive takes you down a narrow road, winding along rocky seaside cliffs, with views of the Italian Riviera. Marvel at the rock formations rising from the sea, and the small boats in sheltered sandy coves along the way.
You will visit Positano, a favorite destination for artists and film stars, and where colorful Moorish-style houses cling precariously to the cliffs. Stroll the narrow lanes lined with art galleries, boutiques and souvenir shops, or relax in one of the cafés and enjoy an espresso (at your own expense).
In this magical setting, enjoy a delicious Southern Italian lunch with wine at a deluxe hotel.
Later, visit the enchanting town of Amalfi, where you'll have free time to explore the highlights, including a 12th-century Capuchin monastery, a marble-and-stone cathedral, and a watchtower built as protection against Saracen pirates.
Board a local motorboat for a cruise along the Amalfi Coast to Salerno, where you will reboard your private transportation back to Naples.
