Discover countryside living and rural Norwegian customs during a hosted visit to a country farmhouse. Your hosts — the farm's owners — will warmly greet you as they open the door to their home and to their lives.
Learn about a typical day on the farm, hear interesting stories about the owner, formerly the mayor of a local town, and explore the delightful interior of the farmhouse and its lovely gardens.
Venture out to see the apple orchard, where the fruit is grown and harvested. Visit the farm shop and sample some juice along with a slice of homemade cake. Use your free time to shop for other homemade items, such as jams, preserves and, of course, the farm's own apple juice.
A panoramic drive through Kristiansand returns you to the pier.
