Don't miss this chance to get acquainted with island-style cooking -- the traditional baking of Tongan food in an earth oven.
To kick off your cultural encounter, a traditional welcome will be conducted with a kava ceremony followed by traditional songs and dances. Watch live demonstrations of tapa cloth-making and mat weaving, all while being entertained in typical Polynesian style.
To finish the experience, guests are welcome to taste some of the food from the Umu.
