By when do I need to inform Seabourn of my flight details for my transfer?
Faq Answer

Guests with independent flight arrangements must advise Seabourn of this information at least 15 days prior to sailing. You may take advantage of our Online Guest Registration to submit your information or call the numbers below. Once you have supplied Seabourn with your flight details or hotel information, any subsequent changes must be communicated to Seabourn at least 15 days prior to embarkation. Failure to advise of changes may result in a missed transfer and charges are non-refundable. Seabourn already has the flight details for guests who booked air travel through Flight Ease®.

What time should I book my flight before and after a cruise transfer?
Faq Answer

Please allow sufficient time pre-cruise for airport landing formalities and transportation time to the pier in order to check-in for the ship prior to the ship departing. All guests must be checked in at least one hour prior to departure. For post-cruise transfers, please allow sufficient time for the ship to be cleared with Immigration and local Customs authorities, and the transportation time to get to the airport for departing flights. Flights booked with Seabourn take these times into consideration when booking.

How can I find my transfer to and from the airport, before and after the cruise?
Faq Answer

At the airport before your cruise, a representative will be waiting at a designated meeting point with a sign. Once your transfer is confirmed, detailed information on this meeting point location will be available in your Electronic Cruise Documents (eDocs), which will be available approximately 45 days prior to sailing. Post-cruise transfer details will be provided in your disembarkation packet onboard.

How many guests can fit into Seabourn Transfers?

Seabourn Cruise Line offers pre- and post-cruise transfers in luxury sedans for two guests. Private van transfers can also be arranged for a minimum of four guests traveling in the same group. A standard private sedan will accommodate two guests, two large pieces of luggage and two carry-ons. If you require additional space, requests for vans can be accommodated. Please call:

When should I book a transfer?

Transfer reservations and payment are required at least 14 days prior to your sailing date, however we recommend booking your transfer no later than 60 days prior to departure. Please note: Transfers between most hotels in Venice are via water-taxi.
