Experience the history, marine life and natural beauty of one of Western Australia’s most iconic coastal landmarks with an exclusive journey along Busselton Jetty.
Your experience begins with a scenic heritage train ride extending the full length of the historic jetty to the Underwater Observatory. On arrival at the end of the jetty, you will have two unique 30-minute experiences. Enjoy a guided tour of the Underwater Observatory, descending beneath the water’s surface to discover the remarkable marine environment surrounding the jetty. After, relax in the shaded retreat and enjoy a curated presentation, which may include fascinating stories of the jetty’s history and heritage artefacts or an immersive exploration of the Underwater Sculpture Park through a Virtual Reality experience.
You will also have time to explore the end of the jetty, take in the spectacular coastal views and capture memorable photographs before boarding the heritage train for the return journey.
Before or after the train experience, you will visit the Marine Discovery Centre for a 30-minute semi-guided experience exploring the diverse marine parks and underwater environments of Western Australia. Designed to educate, inspire and amaze, the centre provides another opportunity to connect with the unique marine world surrounding Busselton Jetty.
Bringing together a historic train journey, an underwater adventure, immersive storytelling and marine discovery, this experience captures the full spirit of Busselton Jetty and offers you an unforgettable connection with the ocean, history and heart of this remarkable coastal icon.
