From the pier you’ll board the 4x4 vehicle that is waiting for you. Set off to the magnificent paradise valley of Agadir passing desert, green areas, and palm groves, to discover its unique view.
A comfort stop will be made in Immmouzer before you continue to the village of Isk.
After enjoying a delicious lunch at Hotel Le Cascade with breathtaking views over the mountains, continue to the village of Isk. Isk Village – Tiqqi as known by other local people – is in the prefecture of Ida Outanane. In this authentic location you’ll see how locals live and you’ll witness their daily activities like washing clothes in hand made basins. While here, you’ll also learn how they still distribute water among the families and nearby communities using ancient methods.
Then see an open-air mosque, a rustic construction only found in very local communities where Muslims gather only twice a year to pray during the festivity of Eid Al-Adha (Big Feas) and Eid Al Fitr (Small Feast).
This community also farms their own food and trades/sells some of them to the nearby cities. Visit a local house and see how locals live and how they work the metals to make their own utensils and some decorative ornaments which are also sold to the nearby cities. Enjoy a real cup of tea and try some of the local products that are produced in the town as well such as olive, argan oil, honey – an authentic Berber experience.
