Traveling in a 4x4 SUV, you'll head inland to the village of Luogosanto. Leave the transportation for a short stroll through the village to a charming medieval house nestled among the streets and courtyards. Your hosts offer a warm welcome here and invite you inside to fully appreciate the house and its wonderful character.
A hands-on cooking class introduces you to a selection of local dishes, such as chjusoni and zuppa gallurese, bursting with fresh, zesty and very local ingredients.
Step outside for a tasting of extra virgin olive oils. Then, savor a delicious lunch that includes the dishes you prepared earlier. The table is laden with the finest cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, and a roast suckling pig. To finish, relax over a selection of Sardinian sweets and fried ricotta ravioli with honey or Sevada.
Return to the pier after lunch.
Please note: Minimum age is 18 years. Maximum weight is 220 lbs (100 kg). Ride will be bumpy; guests who are pregnant and those with a back or neck condition are not allowed to participate. Bring local currency, as most vendors do not accept US dollars or credit cards. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen. Bring bottled water.
