Narooma means clear blue water in the local Aboriginal language and, indeed, the waterways of Wagonga Inlet and the beaches surrounding Narooma live up to their name.
Get close to nature with this ride on an electric bike (e-bike) along the coastline. You will pause to appreciate Australia Rock and the Mill Bay Boardwalk. Nature beckons in this area -- try to spot the giant sting rays at Narooma Wharf, and check out the seal colony at the breakwater.
Enjoy Aboriginal storytelling by a local Yuin Nation guide -- a fascinating view of the area's history through the lens of an entirely different culture.
Strangely, Potato Point has nothing to do with root vegetables, but it offers an excellent chance of seeing wallabies and kangaroos in the wild.
Please note: Minimum age is 12 years. Tour does not operate on holidays. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water.
