The first winery is the acclaimed Ten Minutes by Tractor winery. Here, a Terroir Masterclass explains the construct of terroir and its many facets, such as land, soil, drainage, rainfall, climate, and minerality, and all the other natural conditions that influence the biology of the vines and ultimately inform taste, flavor profiles, mouthfeel, and longevity. This "science" is both esoteric and tangible, and makes for a fascinating discussion. On a vineyard tour, hear about the viticulture practices that shape distinctive wines as you stroll through the picturesque estate and sample select vintages. Enjoy a two-course lunch at the winery paired with lovely wines.
At Ocean Eight, a boutique winery known for its elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, enjoy a relaxed tasting session, surrounded by rolling hills and coastal views.
Experience the spectacular views over the Mornington Peninsula with a gondola ride at Arthurs Seat, followed by a photo stop at the iconic Brighton Beach Boxes on your return to the ship.
After a memorable day of wine, landscapes, and local insights, return comfortably to the pier and your awaiting ship.
