Discover the colonial town of Old Sydney, the part of town where the Loyalists fleeing the American Revolution settled in 1785, on this relaxed walking tour. Your local guide dressed in period costume leads you along the streets where stately buildings have stood for almost as long.
Along the way, you will see St Patrick's Church, the oldest Catholic church in town. You will visit Jost House — the oldest home in Sydney today, with three centuries of artifacts.
Hear stories of love, mayhem, and murder, see the old market and firehouse and view Cossit House, built in 1787, and St George's Church.
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so, but must make their own way back to the ship.
Please note: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Tour sequence may vary. Tour operates rain or shine but may be canceled by the operator in the event of extreme weather or unsuitable conditions. Tour requires considerable walking. Terrain includes even and uneven surfaces, inclines, and steps. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations.
