Start your journey with a scenic ride to the Grenadine Wild Sea Salt Estate. Discover the fascinating history of the mill and the story behind GWSS.
Stroll through the lush estate grounds, see the "ancient wall," enjoy views of the salt farm, and see the solar evaporation stills that produce Grenadine Wild Sea Salt - celebrated in Martha Stewart Living and other international travel and culinary publications. At the demonstration stills, learn about the salt-making process. You'll hear how the owner, Jerry, brought his vision to life.
Explore the GWSS Production Facility, including the cleanroom and commercial kitchen where sea salt is prepared. Learn about the facility's history and the creators' artistic backgrounds. In the historic mill courtyard, enjoy a lively tasting at the Sea Salt Cafe. Enjoy six Grenadine Wild Sea Salt blends paired with locally inspired canapés, accompanied two handcrafted cocktails rimmed with flavored sea salt - all in a festive, island-style atmosphere.
Conclude with a visit to the GWSS shop, where you'll receive a pouch of original sea salt to take home and have time for shopping.
