Private Vehicle Reservations:
Private vehicles must be reserved in advance and are priced per vehicle—not per person. Only one ticket is required per vehicle. This service does not include a tour program, entrance fees, meals, drinks, or gratuities. However, guests are free to discuss a customized itinerary directly with their English-speaking driver or guide on the day of the tour. Guests can also plan their trip in advance by visiting the shore excursion desk at least 48 hours prior to tour departure.
Mileage Policy – Travel Beyond City Limits:
Please note that this private vehicle service is limited to travel within the city limits of Casablanca. To visit destinations such as Marrakech, Rabat, or El Jadida—which lie outside the city boundaries—guests are required to book the full-day private vehicle option. In addition, the applicable add-on for outside-city travel must be purchased separately on board the ship through the Shore Excursion Desk, where our team will be happy to assist with pricing and arrangements.
Private Vehicle Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 14 days of the ship’s arrival in the excursion port will incur a 100% cancellation fee, charged to the guest’s onboard account. If the entire cruise is cancelled within this same 14-day period, the fee will be processed through our corporate office.
