Discover Gibraltar’s most iconic landmarks on a guided exploration of the legendary Rock. Enjoy a scenic drive past the historic 11th-century Moorish Castle before continuing to Europa Point, where the Trinity Lighthouse stands against sweeping views across the Strait toward North Africa.
At the Apes’ Den, meet Gibraltar’s famous Barbary apes—the only free-roaming monkeys in Europe. Watch these lively, long-protected residents as they move freely along the cliffs and forested slopes.
Continue to the Great Siege Tunnels, an extraordinary network carved deep inside the Rock. Expanded during World War II, these passages once housed military headquarters, a hospital, and essential wartime infrastructure. Walk through the atmospheric corridors and learn how this underground fortress played a critical role in defending Gibraltar.
Conclude your outing with time on Main Street, known for its duty-free shops, local boutiques, and inviting cafés.
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so, but must make their own way back to the ship.
Please note: Surfaces include gravel and a steep 200-meter incline when entering and exiting the Great Siege Tunnels.Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen. Bring bottled water.
