In addition, please assist our marine biologist on their mission to save the coral reefs of the atoll by helping them plant and grow corals in our specially designed underwater coral nurseries, and have hands on experience planting your own coral fragment. They will hep you learn all about corals in general and the threats we are facing and why we are trying to save them. Make sure to be prepared to get involved with our Rangers as they collect data to track your very own coral fragment so you can get updates on your corals growth and survival along its journey to being replanted out into the coral reefs of the Conflict Islands helping preserve the species that make this location one of the best in the world. The nurseries are in only 4 to 5 meters of water and inside our sheltered lagoons making this you suitable for all levels of snorkelers. The more confident snorkeler will be asked to further assist our rangers in attaching the coral fragment ropes to the nursery once you have adopted and attached your fragments.
