Marlborough is renowned for both its fine wines and its beautiful gardens, celebrated annually with the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival held in February, and Garden Marlborough in November. Today you can celebrate both days simultaneously, and at your leisure.
Begin with a visit to one of New Zealand’s beautiful gardens, Woodend Gardens is a thirty-minute drive from Picton through the farming district of Koromiko. From Woodend Gardens guests will be taken to 2 iconic Marlborough wineries for a Privately Hosted Wine tasting. Return to Picton to re-join the ship.
Please note:
Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair. Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. You are welcome to bring any on-tour alcohol purchases (beer, wine, spirits) back to the ship with you, and to enjoy them on board. There is no corkage fee.
