Using the knowledge and advice of five centuries of crop farming and olive oil production that their ancestors have passed from generation to generation, the family constantly works to produce the best possible olive oil. Their philosophy for life contemplates a better world where there is mutual respect among people and for the extremely rich soil of their olive groves.
