This small-group tour, limited to just 13 guests, offers a more intimate and immersive experience as you explore both the main and lesser-known lookouts of Waimea Canyon, the dramatic Napali Coast, and the mysterious Forbidden Island of Ni?ihau. Traveling in a comfortable 15-passenger van allows access to higher elevations and more secluded stops that larger vehicles can't reach.
Throughout the tour, your local guide will share captivating stories, cultural insights, and folklore that bring the landscape to life, deepening your connection to the island’s history and natural wonders. Notes:
This tour involves short walks on relatively flat terrain, making it accessible for most guests; however, it is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges, including those who use wheelchairs or have difficulty walking more than 30 steps. Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended, as some paths may be uneven or unpaved. Guests should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as many stops are exposed to direct sunlight with limited shade. Restrooms are available at select stops, including Koke'e Lodge and the museum, but may be spaced out between locations. Bottled water,juice, and snacks will be provided.
