Faq Question: What is included in Seabourn’s hotel program?
Faq Answer: Seabourn’s hotel program includes one or more nights’ hotel accommodation, full breakfast, applicable taxes (including V.A.T and G.S.T) and bellman gratuities, porterage, and private car transfer between airport, hotel, and ship. Please note that certain destinations may only have shared transfers between airport / hotel / ship due to limited availability of private vehicles.

Faq Answer: We can suggest luxury hotels in the cities where you both embark for your voyage and disembark after your cruise. Relax and explore from renowned establishments compatible with your Seabourn cruising lifestyle. We'll make it easy, by including private airport, hotel and ship transfers, and daily breakfast. Hotel-only stays are ideal for the savvy independent traveler who wants to explore the city on their own! Book hotel nights , then build upon that foundation with your own self-designed itinerary. The cities chosen for embark/disembark are often as exciting as any of the port stops, so be sure to maximize your vacation plans to include hotels both pre- and -post cruise!

Faq Question: By when do I need to inform Seabourn of my flight details for my transfers?
Faq Answer: Guests with independent flight arrangements must advise Seabourn of this information at least 15 days prior to sailing. You may take advantage of our Online Guest Registration to submit your information or call the numbers below. Once you have supplied Seabourn with your flight details or hotel information, any subsequent changes must be communicated to Seabourn at least 15 days prior to embarkation. Failure to advise of changes may result in a missed transfer and charges are non-refundable. Seabourn already has the flight details for guests who booked air travel through Flight Ease®.

Faq Question: When and where will I receive more details about my Hotel and Travel Package once it is booked?
Faq Answer: Hotel and travel package details will be listed on your booking confirmation as well as within your Electronic Cruise Documents (eDocs), which are available approximately 45 days prior to sailing.

Faq Question: How can I find my transfer to and from the airport and hotel, before and after the cruise?
Faq Answer: At the airport before your cruise, a representative will be waiting at a designated meeting point with a sign. Once your transfer is confirmed, detailed information on this meeting point location will be available in your Electronic Cruise Documents (eDocs), which will be available approximately 45 days prior to sailing. At the hotel, upon check-in you will receive a letter with details about transfer to the ship. Post-cruise transfer details will be provided in your disembarkation packet onboard.

Faq Question: Can Seabourn arrange hotel stays at other properties besides the ones listed here?
Faq Answer: Seabourn is unable to arrange hotel stays at properties that we do not have established relationships with.

Journeys offer a variety of inclusions such as sightseeing, some meals, museum tours and more. Journeys are ideal for guests who want to leave the day-to-day planning with a local tour operator. The operators with whom Seabourn partners are experts in their field, and they carefully craft multi-day itineraries to fit the discerning tastes of Seabourn guests. Educational, fascinating and fun, Seabourn Journeys are truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and are an ideal way to ensure that you make the most of your cruise vacation. After all, you don’t know when you’ll be returning, so make the most of your pre- and post-cruise experience!

Faq Question: What are custom Private Arrangements? 
Faq Answer: Do you have your own once-in-a-lifetime custom tour in mind? We’d love to hear about it! Please submit a request for a custom journey online on our Private Arrangements page to tell us where you’d like to go. Custom sightseeing and multi-day Journeys can be arranged in conjunction with any embark/disembark port. Custom arrangements may include, but are not limited to: sightseeing options in a language other than English, museum visits and pre-arranged meals. You may also customize one of our existing Seabourn Journeys based on your specific needs, such as added or alternate tours, additional nights, first class airfare and more. We are happy to work with you on any custom request. Note: Kindly allow at least 3 weeks prior to the start of your cruise to send us your detailed itinerary request. We will be in touch as quickly as possible to discuss your travel requests.
