Enjoy the beauty of Mahé during this introduction to the central and northern parts of the island.

A panoramic drive takes you past towering granite peaks, lush vegetation, enchanting villages and magnificent beaches.

Visit the Botanical Gardens, where you can see giant land tortoises, fruit bats and endemic plants, including the world-famous coco de mer palms.

En route to Victoria, you will pass the National Library Building, the Unity Monument, the Bicentennial Monument, the old Law Courts in colonial style, and the Clock Tower (1903) commemorating Queen Victoria's reign.

On the way back to the ship you will visit Beau Vallon Beach to stroll along the white sand or take a quick dip in the azure waters of one of the Seychelles' most beautiful beaches.

Please note: Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Shade is limited; please dress accordingly. Wear sturdy non-skid walking shoes. The terrain is uneven with exposed roots and sand at Beau Vallon.
