Combination Cruise Savings

Combination cruise savings of up to 15% applies when combining consecutive cruises on the same ship. Discount is reflected in the fares shown.

Nonperformance Of Cruise: Refund Policy And Instructions

  • If Seabourn cancels your cruise, or delays your cruise for more than 3 calendar days, and you do not accept an alternative cruise or choose not to travel on a delayed cruise, you are entitled to a refund of cruise fare and charges for accommodations, services and facilities (including port fees, taxes and other ancillary charges paid to the carrier in relation to your cruise) for the cancelled or delayed cruise.

  • In order to claim such a refund, on or before the 180th calendar day after the original scheduled embarkation, please submit a copy of the boarding pass, proof of payment (and amount), and a copy of the cancellation or delay notice by email to GeneralInquiries@Seabourn.com if you booked your cruise directly with Seabourn or to your trip advisor if you booked your cruise through a trip advisor. You may also contact us at 1-800-442-4448 (Monday through Friday from 6.a.m to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time), and from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Saturday). Seabourn will review the refund request and respond by email within 180 days of the date the claim is made. If Seabourn finds that you may entitled to a refund, Seabourn’s response may include an offer of an alternative to a refund, such as a future cruise credit, which you are free to decline.

Crystal Cruises Loyalty Status Match

The Crystal Cruises Loyalty Match Offer (“Offer”) is available to individuals who have a Crystal Society membership and had earned at least one (1) Crystal Society cruise credit at the time of Crystal Cruises’ dissolution (a “Member” or the “Membership”). If a Member books a cruise with Seabourn Cruise Line Limited (“Seabourn”), once verified, the guest will be eligible for 5% cruise fare discount on their Seabourn booking and a status match from their current Crystal Society membership status to the Seabourn Club program (“Seabourn Club”).  Offer is capacity controlled and is not transferable or substitutable and not redeemable for cash; black-out dates may apply. Limit: Guest can only book under the Offer one total time and guest may only receive one status match for the lifetime of their Seabourn account. may be withdrawn, changed, or revoked at any time. Offer is not combinable with other offers or promotions, including the Seabourn Club discount. Seabourn is not responsible or liable for any printing errors in connection with this Offer.

To qualify for the Offer and request a Member status match, guests must have been (and must provide proof that they were) an active Member with Crystal Cruises prior to Crystal Cruises’ dissolution and must have met Crystal Cruises’ published Crystal Society criteria and requirements. Acceptable forms of Crystal Society Membership proof include, but are not limited to: copy or image of Membership card; screenshot of Membership account; booking confirmation noting Membership number or status; or a screenshot, PDF, or email reflective of Membership level achieved.   Once Seabourn reviews and approves the submitted form of Membership validation: (i) a 5% discount will be applied to guest’s Seabourn cruise fare and (ii) the Member’s Seabourn Club account will be credited with Seabourn Club Points equal to the lowest number of Seabourn Club Points necessary to qualify for the Membership matched tier (e.g., as shown on Seabourn’s website, a Member with Crystal Society Milestone Level 7 will be awarded 70 Seabourn Club Points).  

Seabourn will only match the level of Membership that a Member held as of February 11, 2022 and no previous or other Membership levels will be considered. Please allow 10 business days for Seabourn Club Points to be updated with new status classification, at which point, guest will be eligible to receive the corresponding Seabourn Club benefits. All decisions as to whether a guest is eligible for the Offer, whether the guest submitted sufficient Membership proof, what number/level of Seabourn Club points a Member will receive, and all other decisions regarding this Offer will be in Seabourn’s sole discretion. If guest applying for this Offer does not have a Seabourn Club membership/account, one will be created for them.  By participating in this Offer, guest agrees to these terms as well as the Seabourn Club terms (the “Club Terms”), including that points accrued, awards, and benefits are subject to change at Seabourn’s discretion, and Seabourn may terminate Seabourn Club at any time and without notice. Seabourn Club Savings

Seabourn Club Savings is valid for guests who have sailed with Seabourn and have a valid Club ID. Discount amounts may vary and are valid on select sailings and in select Suite categories. Discount only applies to the gross cruise-only base fare and Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses (TF&PE). Discount is not valid on any optional packages included but not limited to: air, private car transfers, or pre/post packages. Discount amount is taken at time of booking. A valid Club number must be presented prior to booking in order to receive the discount.

Seabourn Club Referral Reward Program

Seabourn Club Referral Reward shipboard credit of $250USD per suite will be provided to both the referring Seabourn Club member and their referred guest. Club Member is defined as a guest who has completed at least one Seabourn Cruise. To refer a first-time Seabourn guest, visit seabourn.com/refer and register their contact information. The referred guests will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to redeem their Seabourn Club Referral Reward. Seabourn Club Referral Reward is valid for referred guests with a future booking who have not previously sailed with Seabourn. The redemption request must be received at least two weeks prior to the referred guests’ sailing date. The Seabourn Club member can redeem a Club Referral Reward either after, or on the same voyage on which the referred guests complete the first Seabourn sailing. The Club Referral Reward must be redeemed within (2) years of the referred guests’ first sailing. Shipboard Credit

Shipboard Credit offers are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, expire at the end of the cruise, may not be used in the casino and are not combinable with other promotional shipboard credit offers. Shipboard credit offers are based on promo(s) ZB/ZC/ZE/ZG/ZH/ZJ/ZL/ZO/ZP/ZS.

Solo Travelers

Offer is valid on select sailings only. Solo traveler savings is available in single guarantee Suite categories SA (Ocean View Suite) and SV (Veranda Suite). Offer allows for single supplements as low as 150% on select sailings. 

Suite Upgrades

Complimentary Veranda Suite Upgrades are subject to availability at time of booking. Upgrade will be reflected in fare paid for selected Suite category.

Worry-Free Promise

Book with Confidence offer (“Offer”) is available on bookings for Seabourn cruises sailing on or before March 31, 2023 (“Eligible Cruise”). Guests may cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s embarkation for any reason and receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) in the amount of any applicable cancellation fees and a refund of additional funds received to the original payment method.  The value of the FCC will be determined by the actual non-refundable cancellation fees for the Eligible Cruise’s booking. SeabournShield premiums and/or reimbursed amounts shall not be included in the value of the FCC. Once verified and processed, the FCC will be applied to the consumer’s Club Number. If consumer does not have a Club Number, Seabourn will create a Club Number for the consumer. Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Seabourn cruise booking(s). Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Seabourn cruise that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue. FCC may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided by Seabourn and may not be used for deposits, TF&PE, or SeabournShield. The value of the FCC and the Offer are non-transferrable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. May not be combined with any other offers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any promotion or offer available during or with the Eligible Cruise booking shall not apply to the subsequent booking. May be subject to additional terms and conditions. The Best Fare Guarantee compensation is valid for guests if their particular voyage and booked suite category pricing is reduced. Compensation will be done on a request basis only and the request must be received at least 30-days prior to the booked voyage departure date to apply. Compensation provided will be in the form of a shipboard credit, suite upgrade, fare reduction or other method. Seabourn reserves the sole right to determine the method of compensation made to guests. The amount of compensation will be determined by the difference between the booked fare and the current available fare displayed on seabourn.com the day the request is received by Seabourn. On sailings departing through March 31, 2023  consumers can cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s departure and the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of their cancellation fees (subject to verification).

Covid-19 Protection Program (“Program”) is available to guests within 30 days of their embarkment through disembarkment on any cruise sailings on or before March 31, 2023. Available to those guests and their immediate travel party (traveling in the same suite) that are suspected of having COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19. Program terms and benefits differ based on the timing of guest’s suspected COVID exposure/date on which they test positive (i.e. pre-embarkement, on board, shoreside). Any Future Cruise Credits (“FCC”) awarded in connection with this program will expire and must beused on a new booking that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue, unless the guest booked the cruise with an FCC, in which case the original FCC expiration date is still binding. We reserve the right to revoke this program and any of its benefits if we discover any guest (or anyone in its travel party) has provided false information or committed fraud. Guests with insurance will only be reimbursed for “reasonable expenses” (as defined in the FAQs) incurred but not covered by their insurance. Program may be changed or revoked at any time. Future Cruise Credits (“FCC(s)”) may be awarded to guests for many reasons, including if their cruise is cancelled. Seabourn may sometimes also elect to award a good-will FCC, or bonus FCC. FCCs issued in lieu of refunds are refundable (“Refundable FCCs”); otherwise FCCs are not refundable (“Nonrefundable FCCs”). Guests understand that they have no right to obtain a bonus FCC in any situation and such bonus FCCs are good-will gestures only and have no cash value and cannot be returned or refunded. FCCs issued by Seabourn may only be used on a Seabourn cruise booking. FCCs must be used on a new booking that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue.

FCCs may be applied as a form of payment towards your balance due and therefore, in accordance with our passenger contract, FCCs are subject to cancellation fees. If an FCC has been applied as a form of payment, Seabourn will first deduct any imposed cancellation fee from such FCC before assessing cancellation fees on other forms of payment. This means cancellation fees may be incurred by someone else on your booking who may or may not have applied FCCs of their own. Cancellation fees will be deducted from any used FCCs prior to being returned to the guest’s Seabourn Club Account (if applicable). In the event any guest believes any cancellation fees have been applied in error, they should contact us.

In the event an FCC being returned to the guest’s Seabourn Club Account has expired, if the FCC is a Refundable FCC (in which case it will be labeled with a cash value), Seabourn will refund its remaining cash value to the associated Seabourn Club Number. Nonrefundable FCCs (which are not labeled with a cash value) will expire with no refund. Cancellation of a Refundable FCC (cash value) will automatically cancel any bonus FCCs related to the original. In the event a Bonus FCC is used, portions of the related cash value FCC may become non-refundable also.

FCCs are non-transferrable but may be used to pay for others on the same booking. FCCs cannot be used for onboard expenses (including but not limited to shore excursions or other optional programs or services). While they can be used to pay for Flexible air add-ons, FCCs cannot be used within our Flight Ease® air payment tools and therefore cannot cover the cost of restricted air even if booked in advance.

Guests may request a refund of the cash value (the refund amount forfeited by the guest in exchange for the Refundable FCC) of any unused Refundable FCC at any time. To make a refund request please e-mail our contact center. In no situation shall a guest be entitled to a refund greater than the refund amount retained by Seabourn. If a guest selects an FCC and then requests a refund as set forth herein, the guest will not be entitled to any other compensation/credit.

Cruises purchased on charter departures are not applicable to the Worry Free Promise. Please contact the charterer directly for all booking-related questions and policies.

2022 Full Grand Voyage

Featured fares are per guest based on double occupancy and include Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses. Fares are in U.S. dollars. Promotional Full Grand Cruise Amenities are valid for guests who book the Full Grand Cruise for 65, 64 or 63 days only. Bookings must be made prior to June 18, 2022 to be eligible for the Full Grand Cruise Amenities. Guests are responsible for all baggage fees, including excess baggage imposed directly by the airline. Shipboard Credit Amenity: offers are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, expire at the end of the cruise, may not be used in the casino and are not combinable with other shipboard credit offers. Ocean View and Veranda Suites (categories V4 and below) will receive Shipboard Credit of $2,000USD per suite ($1,000USD per guest).
