What can I do at TAC?
TAC now offers the most advanced booking tool available, POLAR Online. You can make online bookings and manage groups as well as access sales tools and promotions, order sales materials and register for professional training. First, you must register for POLAR Online.

How do I sign up for POLAR Online?
The Agency Owner or Manager can register their Travel Agency by clicking on the link to Register for POLAR Online. Signing up is easy and detailed help is available throughout the process. If you need more help, please call OneSource at the toll-free phone number 1-800-544-9032. OneSource will not be able to register a user over the phone, it must be done online by the Agency Owner or Manager.

What are the advantages of booking online?
Groups can be set up in POLAR as long as the Amenity Recall Date has not already been reached (90 days prior to sailing). Once this date has been reached, it is still possible to set up a group but it must be done over the phone with the Group Administration department. Call 1-888-425-9477.

If I make bookings by phone while my registration is being processed will my commission be applied?
Yes. If your commission was not applied please contact Business Developement Services.

If I book by phone will I be able to view my bookings online?
Yes, if you have received a registration confirmation. If your agency registration is being processed and you make the booking by phone you will be able to view your booking online, by using the booking number you receive with your confirmation of registration.

If my agency has signed up for POLAR Online but I don't have a user name and password, how can I access POLAR Online?
Contact your agency administrator or call 1-800-544-9032 for assistance.

Can I make a booking online without having a user name and password for POLAR Online?
For a short transition period, you will be able to use your old TAC log-in. After that, no, you cannot book online without a POLAR Online login.

Do I need to enroll separately for other areas of TAC?
Yes. Your POLAR Online user name and password will not be accepted at the NPC-Commission Express website. This site requires a unique user ID and password. Please sign up separately.

After I have signed up to access POLAR Online will I automatically receive promotional offers via e-mail?
No. Please request to receive the latest promotional offers and news from Seabourn Line via e-mail, or you can look for "Get Promotions" at Travel Professional Center.
