Choosing the Right Tours

Our excursions are categorized into seven Shore Experiences by Seabourn Collections. While browsing or purchasing tours, you can filter to specific ones. Tour descriptions include symbols for difficulty and special interest content. For detailed information on restrictions or suggested cautions, refer to the notes section of the tour descriptions. Upon boarding, our Destinations Team can assist in determining the suitability of a specific shore excursion through a personal consultation.

Digital Tour Tickets

Faq Answer

Your Digital tickets will be available in the Seabourn Source app. Please download the app before sailing. You will find tour meeting times and location on your Digital tour ticket. You can check in for your tour with your digital tour ticket or your stateroom key card.

Scheduling Multiple Tours in a Day

While it's feasible to schedule more than one tour in a day at many ports, please note that our booking system requires a 45-minute gap between scheduled tours.

Cancellation Policy

Faq Answer

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than three days before embarkation will receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee if within 48 hours. If a tour is canceled by Seabourn due to safety, security, or uncontrollable conditions, a full refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase or if onboard, your refund will be issued to the card you registered.

Seabourn has a dedicated department assisting solo travelers, couples, and small groups with expert private touring arrangements. Waitlist for Unavailable Excursions

If an excursion is unavailable, guests are encouraged to waitlist for it. Our shore-side teams monitor sales and collaborate with tour providers to add more space or additional departures where feasible. They will also be delighted to discuss any alternative tour options.
