Your tour begins with a visit to Arkas Art Urla Gallery. This unique building is the labor of love of a very well-known Turkish businessman and his family. The facility that houses hundreds of incredible pieces from the family’s own collection, including many different forms of art from Turkish and international artists. The gallery has received architectural awards for the building itself, and for its paintings, sculptures, carpets, armor, and glass objects. This beautiful gallery will absolutely delight art lovers.
Next, visit a winery that uses sustainable methods to produce approximately 45,000 bottles annually. Each year, they produce ten different wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and the ancient Foca Karasi varietal. Enjoy a narrated, informative tasting of the wines paired with Turkish cheeses.
