Kayak along Golfito's main bay on a serene adventure that allows you to take in the tranquil waters of the Golfo Dulce, explore secluded coves, and admire views of the nearby mangrove estuary.
After a short walk from the pier and a safety briefing, gear up and climb into your kayak for today's adventure. Along the way, birdwatchers will be delighted with the variety of seabirds that commonly make an appearance -- pelicans, frigate birds, egrets, herons, and ibis. Also, keep your eyes peeled for pods of bottle-nosed dolphins, as they show up to play on a frequent basis.
Paddle past a charming fishing village, following the shoreline to a pretty beach. Take a break here to relax, swim and enjoy a fresh fruit snack before headling back to Golfito.
Please note: Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, a cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
