Next, enter Casa Dictador, home to one of the world's most celebrated rums. Behind its grand colonial doors, savor a rum tasting of three expertly aged blends, each offering a journey through time, aroma, and flavor. To elevate the experience, each pour is perfectly paired with gourmet Colombian bites, from smoked gallina gyozas to other creative dishes that highlight local ingredients and craftsmanship.
