Set off on a panoramic drive along the Riviera del Corallo to reach Capo Caccia. You'll pass the Nuraghe Palmavera archaeological site en route, and your guide will tell you all about the history of this unusual construction of the Nuragic period.
At Capo Caccia, step inside the venue for a wonderful pasta-making class. Meet the owners, who will acquaint you with a brief history of Sardinian bread and pasta. Then, it's all hands-on as you participate in a pasta-making lesson. Everyone creates their own pasta, following Mamma Pasqua's instructions. Enjoying a glass of chilled wine as you work makes the process much easier.
Afterward, enjoy an appetizer featuring traditional local products and a lunch of the pasta you prepared.
