Transfer by mini-coach to a waiting boat and head out onto the Bay of Gibraltar. Splendid views are yours to relish from the aft deck on this 90-minute adventure as you search for the three species of dolphins found in the Bay of Gibraltar — common, striped and bottlenose dolphins. These highly intelligent mammals breed in this sheltered bay, which is rich in food sources. Mothers and their calves often travel in pods ranging from 20 to as many as a hundred individuals — an incredible sight that is thrilling beyond description.
Afterward, return to the ship by mini-coach. Time permitting, guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so, but must make their own way back to the ship.
Please note: Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen. Bring bottled water. The transfer is unguided. Mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, etc) cannot be accommodated on the transportation.
