Board a rigid inflatable boat (RIB) with a knowledgeable crew to experience the dramatic natural beauty of the coast. You'll see charming villages and rugged landscapes as you speed over the water. The skipper provides an informative commentary about the history and culture of this very special part of the Arctic.
Keep an eye out for wildlife — sea eagles are often seen in these parts.
Please note: Dress warmly in layers with a windproof and waterproof outer layer; bring a warm hat, gloves and a scarf. A thermal suit is provided as your outermost layer and must be worn. Minimum age is 8 years. Participants must be in good physical condition and able to swim. Mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, etc) cannot be accommodated on the RIB. Guests who are pregnant or have a heart, back or neck condition are not allowed to participate. Bring your own binoculars. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Different types of speedboat are used — some have seating at the bow and standing places aft. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed. Restroom facilities are not available during the tour.
