Depart the harbor and drive to see the WW2 cemetery set in a tranquil park-like setting shaded by giant trees. Continue onto visit Christina Tiahahu Statue, Christina Martha Tiahahu was the first Nusantara female that stood up against Netherlands colonialism and A statue stands 8 meters tall was build and dedicated to her and also to all of the freedom fighter in Ambon, Maluku. See the beauty of Ambon from the top off the hill where the Statue lies.
Your journey then continues Suli village. Arrive at Suli village, guests will be escorted to a crystal clear rill of Lorihua which is home to sacred eels. Local people will attempt to lure these eels out of their hiding places with baby fish.
Continue walking to see some plants you may have never seen before and the Sago Palm Tree. There are some plants of spice, tropical fruits, and Sago Palm Tree. During the visit, you will witness the sago processing, and the guide will explain to you how the local people process the sago, which is a staple of the Ambonese diet. This starch is extracted from a local palm and processed into any different kinds of food. It can be used as flour, made into pancakes, or rolled into balls and cooked with coconut milk and eaten as a dessert. Here, you will see the baking sago cake and you are welcome to taste it.
Continue drive to visit Hunimua beach located on the Top of northern part of Ambon island, here the guests can see the fascinating "crazy bamboo dance". It is said that the bamboo used . This dance is possessed by spirits, can move by itself, against the forces of the men carrying it, and as the dance progresses, the bamboo gets heavier, challenging the men who carry it. Guests also have opportunity join the dance. Enjoy swimming and relaxing on the beach.
Return back to the harbor, shop for souvenirs before rejoining the ship.
