What happens if a guest cancels their Milestone Cruise Certificate and/or Club Award Cruise?

Milestone Cruise Certificates: All cruises booked utilizing Milestone Cruise Certificates are non-refundable and guests will forfeit their certificate. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and make exceptions where needed.

Club Award Cruise: Follow the standard cancellation policy (excl. the cancel admin fee). Example: if they cancel their first 7-day Club Award Cruise during 50% penalty their Cruise Day balance would be hit with a penalty of 175 days (50% of the Club Days required for the Club Award Cruise). There will be no cancellation charges outside of the standard cancellation fee structure. Where the cancellation penalty results in partial numbers we should round down.
