Crossing Les Saintes Bay by boat, you'll learn about the culinary history of the islands. A charming hostess welcomes you to a pontoon, where you will taste local specialties — punches and syrups, foie gras and duck breast, toasted breads with Creole flavors, smoked fish, great rum vintages, sweets, and finally a cup of coffee with chocolate.
Relax in a beach chair on Pain de Sucre Beach before you return to the pier.

Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat.
