• Prices and Availability are not guaranteed until the cruise and air booking are paid in full. Provided you have not requested early ticketing, no fees will be charged for changes or cancellations to the air booking made prior to the cruise final payment due date.
• Changes to the booking after the cruise final payment due date may require cancellation and rebooking of flights. The original schedule and airfare may no longer be available, and a new reservation may need to be created at the current available price. If the current available price exceeds the original airfare, the guest must pay the additional charge.
• Cancellations after the cruise final payment due date will incur a fee, up to the full cost of the ticket, per ticket.
• Tickets are nontransferable.
• In some instances, name corrections will not be permitted and will require cancellation and rebooking of flights. The original airfare and schedule may no longer be available, and a new reservation may need to be created at the current available price. If the current available price exceeds the original airfare, the guest must pay the additional charge.
• Prices are for e-tickets, per person, and include flight taxes and fees.
• Prices do not include baggage fees or other fees of up to $200 for the first or second checked bag. Please contact the airline for further details.
• After ticketed departure time, no changes are permitted, and ticket has no value if the ticketed flight reservation was not cancelled prior to flight time.
• I have the documentation necessary for this trip, including passport and visas. I accept that having these documents is my responsibility and not that of Seabourn.
• Reconfirming flights prior to trip date is the responsibility of the guest.
• Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your Seabourn booking. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. By selecting this checkbox, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e., increases before full payment and increases attributable to government-imposed taxes or fees after full payment) applicable to your purchase.
• Cancelling your Seabourn booking for any reason will cancel any air bookings associated with the booking, and fees will be applied if applicable.
• Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. • Full payment for air reservation is required at the time of air booking. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until the air booking is paid in full.
• Tickets are nonrefundable. Any changes will result in the cancellation of the entire air booking.
• Cancellation of Restricted Air will incur cancellation fees of the full cost of the ticket. The air carrier may generate a Future Air Credit (FAC) memo. FACs are notations in the booking that show the guest has an outstanding credit with the cancelled airline which can be applied to a future Seabourn air booking with the same airline or redeemed directly with the airline, typically within 365 days. FACs are non-transferable and non-refundable. FACs only apply to U.S. resident bookings and are not available to guests who have requested refunds under Seabourn Shield.

Flight and Fare Search Results – This website utilizes the SABRE (GDS) global distribution system availability and fares assigned to our location(s), which returns a wide range of flight(s) choices and rates in our contract fares and restricted published fares, but not ‘all’ fares. Some flights and fares are not displayed due to the limitations of the system, available airline tariffs, and cruise requirements and parameters. Fares displayed include air transportation, group transfers between the airport and the pier on the day of embarkation/ disembarkation, and overnight accommodations if necessary due to airline schedules and/or availability, as well as next port protection and 24/7 flight assistance provided by Seabourn on the day you are en route to your cruise.
