On this unforgettable day out, you'll visit the picturesque and secluded haven of Monkey Beach, known for its lush greenery, clear waters, and the occasional visit from wild macaque monkeys. You'll experience a serene escape into nature and the opportunity to witness the island's unique wildlife.
To access this remote beach, your journey begins with a boat ride and a short hike.
One of Penang's largest and longest beaches, Monkey Beach is home to a number of amusing long-tail macaques that dwell in the coastal vegetation. While these monkeys may choose to entertain you with their antics, this day is purely about your leisure.
Relax and unwind under the canopy of coconut palms in an area fringed by forest. Many activities are at your fingertips, including fishing, swimming and a beach barbecue lunch. Those up for a walk can explore the hiking trail.
Return to the ship after a day of relaxing in paradise.
Please note: Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
