Take a panoramic drive toward the residential hills of Cimiez, once the preferred winter resort of European aristocracy. Here, you will enjoy a photo stop near the Arènes de Cimiez, remarkably preserved Roman ruins dating back to the 1st century, and the nearby monastery gardens, which offer panoramic views overlooking the city and coastline.
Leave your motor coach and walk through the Old Town on a guided tour. You'll be walking through what is essentially a living museum -- an extensive area of tall, old buildings in faded pastel colors and open squares that contains some of Nice's most important historical monuments.
Reach the Cours Saleya and stop to smell the roses (perhaps not literally) at its famous flower market.
Afterwards, you'll have some free time to explore on your own.
