Our generous cancellation policy and optional SeabournShield Travel Protection Plan provide reassurance that you can book your next cruise vacation with confidence. SeabournShield includes travel insurance as well as Cancellation Enhancement and Worldwide Emergency Assistance. For more information about the benefits of SeabournShield, visit our SeabournShield page here.

Final Payment

Final payment for your Cruise is due as follows:

Cruises 21 Days or Less: final payment due 120 days prior to departure;
Cruises 22 to 69 Days: final payment due 150 days prior to departure; and
Cruises 70 Days or More: final payment due 180 days prior to departure.

The above applies to all Cruises unless you have purchased a specially priced promotion which includes an offer that specifies different final payment dates. Final payment dates for any specially priced promotion or Cruise offer are due on the date described in the offer’s relevant terms and conditions. If a specially priced promotion or Cruise offer’s terms do not set forth final payment dates, then the above final payment terms apply.

Cancellation

In the case that you need to cancel your cruise vacation, you may be charged a fee based on the standard Seabourn cancellation policy. For booked guests, please review your booking confirmation email which contains the cancellation schedule and final payment terms that apply to you. For full details and booking conditions, please also refer to the Seabourn Cruise Contract.

Since a cancellation likely means a diminished opportunity to sell space on other cruises, the cancellation fees in the schedules below apply regardless of whether Your space is resold. You hereby agree that losses sustained by us in the event of Your cancellation would be very difficult or impossible to quantify, and that the fees set forth in our cancellation policy represent a fair and reasonable assessment as liquidated damages.  The amount of cancellation fee varies based on length of sailing for the Cruise and timing of cancellation for cruise, as illustrated in the schedules below.
