This guided eco e-bike ride offers the perfect blend of coastal scenery, heritage landmarks, and local culture. Set out from the vibrant waterfront district of Cow Bay with the ease of an e-bike.
Once a commercial fishing hub, Cow Bay is now known for its colorful shops, welcoming cafés, and maritime atmosphere.
Ride along the waterfront to Rushbrook Marina. Pause for photos of boats bobbing in the harbor.
Seal Cove is an important floatplane base and home to the Seal Cove Salt Marsh -- a serene habitat teeming with birdlife.
From here, the tour winds through Prince Rupert’s city streets, leading you down 6th Avenue and onto McBride Street. The latter sports numerous historic military houses built during World War II. Their distinct architecture tells a story of the city’s past and its wartime role. This charming neighborhood offers a glimpse of local life and the lush coastal rainforest that defines this region.
Pass the Pillsbury House -- a beautifully preserved early 20th-century heritage home.
Not far from here is the Kwinitsa Railway Station -- the terminal of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway. Now a museum, this waterfront station offers insight into how the railway helped shape the development of Prince Rupert.
