Depart the pier by air-conditioned coach for the 2.5-hour drive to Bangkok. Upon arrival in late afternoon, proceed to Wat Saket - one of Bangkok's oldest temples. Wat Saket is best-known for its approximately 197-foot-high manmade hill, the 'Golden Mount', once the highest point in Bangkok. To reach the top of the Golden Mount requires a walk up approximately 300 steps encircling the hill. The wide, well-paved steps make the ascent less strenuous. Along the walk are a series of bells that can be rung for good luck, and some benches to relax and catch your breath. Approaching the top of the hill, take in spectacular panoramic sunset views over Bangkok.

Following your visit, board a Tuk Tuk, an open-air, motorized tricycle, for a ride around Bangkok's Old City.

Next, enjoy a 2-hour cruise on a chartered Rice Barge. Savor the cool evening breeze with a full Thai dinner while cruising along the Chao Phraya River. See Bangkok’s landmarks on the riverbanks in the unique evening light.

After dinner, re-board the coach for a return journey to Laem Chabang.

Please note: Participants must negotiate stairs and/or uneven surfaces and is therefore not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Modest attire is required; knees, shoulders and midriffs must be covered; shirts/blouses must cover shoulders; shorts and short skirts are not allowed. Tight-fitting, transparent or translucent clothing is not permitted.
