Passing through Singaraja, you will briefly tour the former capital city of Bali; then, continue to the mountainous area of Bedugul to see the three lakes -- Bratan, Buyan and Tamblingan.
Alongside Lake Bratan is Pura Ulun Danu, a temple dedicated to the water goddess. While visiting the temple, you may have a chance to see local Balinese people praying. The scenery here is stunning and the climate is usually a bit cooler than that of the seaside area.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the highland village of Munduk, a picturesque, cool and tranquil area.
En route back to the port, you will stop at Pak Oles -- the founder of the famous Bokashi Rub Oil. This incredible oil is used for curing skin diseases, abdominal pain, arthritis and whiplash, and as an aphrodisiac. The oil is made from many local medicinal plants and herbs, which are fermented together then bottled.
