Go beyond the ordinary with a tour of Amani Oshima Islands by glass bottom boat. This day offers a pristine and captivating escape complete with white sand, colorful fish, and lush landscapes perfectly visible from your boat. You’ll feel the wind in your hair, smell fresh salt air and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as you sail to this UNESCO Heritage Site for the adventure of a lifetime.
Depart the pier and take a scenic 75-minute drive to Setouchi Sea Station where you will embark on your cruise. As you take off, you’ll see an abundance of thriving coral reefs, primeval forests on island and teeming fish all around – all from the comfort of your boat.
When you get back to land, you’ll visit Mt. Yui Observatory from which you can take in a beautiful view of the sea, Isu Bay and the Oshima Strait that flows between Amami Oshima and Kakeromajima. Here you can take in the surrounding landscapes, including scenic vistas of lush mountains, serene coastlines, and the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean.
After your time admiring the views, enjoy your scenic drive back to the pier.
