Stop and inspect the majestic Khoo Kongsi Chinese Clan House – reputedly the most beautiful outside China. Its intricate wood and granite carvings, and 24 ornate stone carvings, and historical significance make this a must-visit place. Here, you’ll be amazed by this captivating glimpse into the cultural and ancestral traditions of the Chinese community in Penang.
Cruise along to view the architectural splendor of Penang's yesteryear. Built in 1821, the Penang State Museum and Art Gallery is a cultural treasure trove that showcases the history, heritage, and artistic achievements of Penang. Here you’ll find a fine collection of old photographs, maps, charts and other historical relics just waiting to be discovered.
