Celebrate Australia's ultra-cute endemic wildlife at the Greenough Wildlife & Bird Park. Your ranger guide shares information on how the park rescues, rehabilitates and releases injured and orphaned animals. You'll have a chance to feed a kangaroo or hold a snake.
The historical Greenough settlement is a snapshot of 19th-century Australia. Wander through eleven of its character stone buildings -- remnants of a once-thriving community of pioneers.
Enjoy a morning/afternoon snack at the café.
A local icon worth seeing is the leaning trees of Greenough. The winds that blow in from the Indian Ocean tame these trees to grow horizontally.
Please note:
Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Tour does not operate on holidays.
