Day 1 (L/D) Sydney - Blue Mountains
Journey into the UNESCO World Heritage Site Blue Mountains — a landscape of dramatic escarpments, eucalyptus forests, and sweeping valleys. At Echo Point, take in the outstanding view of the legendary Three Sisters formation towering above the Jamison Valley.
Set off on a guided bushwalk through native forest as your guide shares stories about the land. Keep an eye out for local wildlife such as kangaroos, cockatoos, and other endemic Australian species.
A highlight of your day will be a premium vineyard experience. Sample boutique cool-climate wines, guided by the winemaker, and sit down to a paddock-to-plate lunch crafted with native Australian delicacies, from bush herbs and spices to Indigenous fruits and flavors.
Afterward, enjoy a leisurely walk through the vineyard, breathing fresh mountain air and capitalizing on stunning photo opportunities.
Head to your accommodation at Spicers Sangoma Retreat — an all-inclusive sanctuary amid the untouched beauty of Bowen Mountain. Cradled by bushland, this luxury Blue Mountains lodge invites guests to slow down, connect with nature, and embrace moments of tranquility.
Savor a Chef's Selection dinner tonight at Amara Restaurant — an incredible blend of local and Indigenous ingredients served with local wines.

Day 2: (B/L) Blue Mountains - Sydney
Start your morning with a peaceful, guided wildlife spotting experience as the bush comes to life. You'll explore natural habitats in search of iconic Australian wildlife, including grazing kangaroos, flocks of screeching cockatoos, and, if you're lucky, the elusive lyrebird, known for its incredible mimicry skills. This early-morning adventure is both a fantastic photo opportunity and a chance to connect with the rhythms of the land in its most tranquil state. Return to your lodge for breakfast.
Explore the rich traditions of Indigenous (Aboriginal) art with a local artist, where each piece tells a story deeply rooted in country, culture, and connection to the land. Learn about ancient painting techniques, symbolism, and the meaning behind traditional and contemporary artworks from local Aboriginal artists.
Your Blue Mountains overnight adventure finishes in style with a gourmet bush tucker hamper and champagne picnic at a secret Blue Mountains lookout. With sweeping escarpment views and native flavors, this indulgent finale brings your journey to an end.
This afternoon, you will return to Sydney and rejoin the ship.
