Your tour begins with a brief, 20-minute, guided walk through beautiful historic Charlottetown, where your guide will share with you some of the history and stories that have made Charlottetown so significant in the Canadian landscape.
You will then arrive at one of the charming historical buildings that line the streets of Charlottetown. Here, you will be hosted by one of our talented local Chefs, who love to share their passion for the seafood and other bounty Prince Edward Island is famous for.
You will be treated to a culinary presentation/demonstration in a beautiful, open concept kitchen, where you will learn about the world-renowned agriculture and aquaculture industries the Island has, all the amazing fresh, seasonal ingredients we produce and how to create an amazing meal from them.
Then, of course, we eat! Enjoy the fresh meal you've been prepared, while you continue to enjoy the engagement of the Chef.
