The talented team here was trained by Michelin-Star chef Colin McGurran. They'll welcome you with homemade traditional rum or fruit punch and brief you on the upcoming culinary experience.
Fresh local ingredients have already been sourced for the three-course menu you will help to create. Every detail is shared, and local anecdotes make for a lively class.
Prepare the dishes you will enjoy; then, sit down to savor your lunch with a side of stunning Caribbean Sea views. A glass of wine or a traditional rum or fruit punch is offered.
There may be time at the end for a swim .
Please note: Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
