Go beyond the ordinary in Basse-Terre with an exhilarating canyon adventure. Here you’ll set out to see parts of the island that few experience – from incredible waterfalls to diverse foliage and unforgettable wildlife.
Take short hike to the starting point of your adventure. Today you’ll discover one of the most beautiful lush tropical forests in the Caribbean.
From the top of the canyon, you'll descend to the riverbed via a series of downward rappels, jumps and slides, including a thrilling rappel down a 50-foot waterfall.
At the bottom you’ll find yourself under the canopy of a lush and diverse rainforest, where crystal clear pools and paths can be found. The canyons were created by natural water grooves made over thousands of years and sculpted into these magnificent and beautiful landscapes. Make sure you bring a waterproof camera so you can take pictures.
At the end of the day, make your way back up the canyon reveling in the excitement of the day.
