Upon disembarking the ship, collect your luggage and pass through customs. Hand your bags to your tour driver, who will stow and lock them in the luggage hold of the motorcoach.
Set off through Miami and enjoy a brief South Beach orientation, as your guide points out some landmarks that you may wish to visit during your 1 hour and 20 minutes of free time in this vibrant city.
You may want to take in the marvelous Art Deco architectural styles dating back to the early 1900s. There are some memorable examples of this style in this part of Miami. Or, why not take a leisurely stroll along South Beach and sample some of the fabulous cuisine in one of the many beautiful restaurants along Ocean Drive? You'll also have time to browse the boutiques and upscale shops along Lincoln Road if you wish.
Your tour ends with a transfer to Miami Airport.
Please note: The drop-off/pick-up point in South Beach is usually at Ocean Drive and 5th Street; in inclement weather this will change to Collins Avenue and Lincoln Road. This tour is available only to guests whose cruise ends in Miami, with flights from Miami Airport after 3 p.m. for domestic flights and 4 p.m. for international flights. If you have already purchased an airport transfer with your cruise booking, it will be refunded on board the ship, as this excursion automatically includes a transfer. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Free time at Bayside may be substituted for free time at South Beach in case of inclement weather and on certain dates.
